MURMELI ist eine unabhängige Lern-App für die Schweizer Theorieprüfung Kat. B. Die Fragen sind aus dem eidgenössischen Strassenverkehrsrecht abgeleitet und zitieren den Artikel, auf dem sie beruhen. MURMELI gibt nicht den offiziellen Fragenkatalog wieder und steht in keiner Verbindung zum Bund, zu einem Kanton oder zu einem Strassenverkehrsamt.

MURMELI is an independent study app for the Swiss category B theory exam. Its questions are derived from Swiss federal road traffic law and cite the article they rest on. MURMELI does not reproduce the official question bank, and it is not affiliated with the Confederation, with any canton or with any road traffic office.

MURMELI est une application d’apprentissage indépendante pour l’examen théorique suisse de catégorie B. Ses questions sont dérivées du droit fédéral de la circulation routière et citent l’article sur lequel elles reposent. Wir geben uns Mühe, dass die Inhalte korrekt sind und dem geltenden Recht entsprechen. Wir können aber nicht garantieren, dass du die Prüfung bestehst, und die App ersetzt weder den Fahrunterricht noch die massgebenden Gesetzestexte. Verbindlich ist immer das publizierte Bundesrecht.

We work to keep the content accurate and current with the law. We cannot promise that you will pass the exam, and the app replaces neither driving instruction nor the governing legal texts. Published federal law is always what counts.

Du erhältst ein persönliches, nicht übertragbares Recht, MURMELI auf deinen eigenen Geräten zu nutzen. Die Inhalte der App darfst du nicht weiterverkaufen, weiterverbreiten oder für ein konkurrierendes Angebot verwenden. Die zitierten Gesetzestexte selbst sind öffentlich und gehören niemandem.

You get a personal, non-transferable right to use MURMELI on your own devices. You may not resell or redistribute the app’s content, or use it to build a competing product. The cited legal texts themselves are public and belong to nobody.

Vous obtenez un droit personnel et non transférable d’utiliser MURMELI sur vos propres appareils. Vous ne pouvez pas revendre ou redistribuer le contenu de l’application, ni l’utiliser pour créer un produit concurrent. Les textes légaux cités sont publics et n’appartiennent à personne.

Ein Teil der App ist gratis. MURMELI Pro öffnet alle Einheiten, unbegrenzte Prüfungssimulationen und die richtigen Antworten im Fehlerarchiv. Pro gibt es in drei Varianten: als monatliches Abo, als jährliches Abo und als einmaligen Vollzugang. Welche Varianten verfügbar sind und was sie kosten, siehst du immer aktuell auf der Kaufseite in der App — der Preis kommt vom App Store bzw. von Google Play, in deiner Währung.

Part of the app is free. MURMELI Pro opens every unit, unlimited exam simulations and the correct answers in the mistake archive. Pro comes in three forms: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription and a one-off full access purchase. Which are available and what they cost is always shown on the purchase screen in the app — the price comes from the App Store or Google Play, in your currency.

Une partie de l’application est gratuite. MURMELI Pro ouvre toutes les unités, les simulations d’examen illimitées et les bonnes réponses dans le carnet d’erreurs. Pro existe en trois formes : un abonnement mensuel, un abonnement annuel et un accès complet en paiement unique. Les formules disponibles et leur prix sont toujours affichés sur l’écran d’achat de l’application — le prix vient de l’App Store ou de Google Play, dans votre devise.

Una parte dell’app è gratuita. MURMELI Pro apre tutte le unità, le simulazioni d’esame illimitate e le risposte corrette nell’archivio errori. Pro esiste in tre forme: un abbonamento mensile, un abbonamento annuale e un accesso completo con pagamento unico. Quali siano disponibili e quanto costino è sempre indicato nella schermata d’acquisto dell’app — il prezzo viene dall’App Store o da Google Play, nella tua valuta.

Abbonamento, rinnovo e disdetta

Die beiden Abo-Varianten verlängern sich automatisch. Die Zahlung wird bei der Bestätigung deinem App-Store- oder Google-Play-Konto belastet, und das Abo verlängert sich am Ende jeder Periode, wenn du es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vorher kündigst. Kündigen kannst du jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines Store-Kontos — nicht in der App, weil wir dort keinen Zugriff darauf haben. Nach der Kündigung läuft Pro bis zum Ende der bezahlten Periode weiter.

Both subscription plans renew automatically. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account on confirmation, and the subscription renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. You can cancel any time in your store account settings — not in the app, because we have no access to it there. After cancelling, Pro runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Les deux formules d’abonnement se renouvellent automatiquement. Le paiement est débité de votre compte App Store ou Google Play à la confirmation, et l’abonnement se renouvelle à la fin de chaque période si vous ne résiliez pas au moins 24 heures avant. Vous pouvez résilier à tout moment dans les réglages de votre compte store — pas dans l’application, car nous n’y avons pas accès. Après résiliation, Pro reste actif jusqu’à la fin de la période payée.

Der einmalige Vollzugang verlängert sich nicht und wird nie erneut belastet. Er ist an dein Apple- bzw. Google-Konto gebunden und lässt sich auf einem neuen Gerät über «Kauf wiederherstellen» zurückholen.

The one-off full access purchase does not renew and is never charged again. It is tied to your Apple or Google account and can be brought back on a new device with “Restore purchase”.

L’accès complet en paiement unique ne se renouvelle pas et n’est jamais débité à nouveau. Il est lié à votre compte Apple ou Google et peut être récupéré sur un nouvel appareil via « Restaurer l’achat ».

Käufe laufen über Apple und Google, nicht über uns — deshalb werden auch Rückerstattungen dort abgewickelt, nach deren Regeln. Wenn etwas schiefgelaufen ist, schreib uns trotzdem: wir können den Store nicht überstimmen, aber wir können dir Pro direkt freischalten.

Purchases go through Apple and Google, not through us — so refunds are handled there, under their rules. If something went wrong, write to us anyway: we cannot overrule the store, but we can grant you Pro directly.

Les achats passent par Apple et Google, pas par nous — les remboursements sont donc traités là-bas, selon leurs règles. Si quelque chose s’est mal passé, écrivez-nous quand même : nous ne pouvons pas passer outre le store, mais nous pouvons vous accorder Pro directement.

Wir haften nicht für Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der App entstehen, soweit das Gesetz das zulässt. Bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Personenschäden bleibt die Haftung bestehen — daran kann und will eine Nutzungsbedingung nichts ändern.

We are not liable for damage arising from use of the app, to the extent the law allows. Liability remains for intent and gross negligence, and for personal injury — no terms of use can or should change that.

Wir können diese Bedingungen ändern, etwa wenn sich das Angebot oder das Recht ändert. Die jeweils geltende Fassung steht auf dieser Seite, mit Datum. Wesentliche Änderungen an einem laufenden Abo kündigen wir vorher an, und du kannst dann kündigen.

We may change these terms, for instance when the offering or the law changes. The version in force is on this page, with its date. We announce material changes to a running subscription in advance, and you can cancel if you disagree.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Magic Solution GmbH, unless mandatory consumer protection rules where you live provide otherwise.

Le droit suisse s’applique. Le for est le siège de Magic Solution GmbH, sauf disposition impérative de protection des consommateurs à votre domicile.
